Hi
I have a room to let and the reasons for letting this we had two overseas children staying at my place for the international junior athletics carnival over about a month and my children got to know them quite well so there was a great interaction with the different cultures.
I have three children ages from 17-21. Two boys and one girl

200 meters from bus stop.
1 kilometer from Warwick train station (buses connect with station). 15 minutes from Perth.
Room has bunk beds so could accommodate two people.
Study Table.
Internet access.
Family interests, Boating including fishing and water sports.
Cost: Room and Breakfast $155 / week
In terms of evening meals when I am cooking for myself and children I would of course cater for the host but it would not be every evening.
