I am looking for a conciencious and very clean individual or couple to rent my house with me. The house is newly renovated (New bathroom, kitchen & flooring) has all the newest electronic, wireless internet with 110Gig download. The room and house would be fully furnished Bed, Washing machine, projector cinema etc. the house is 10 mins from the city (72 / 75 Bus stop right outside the house) and 5 mins from Curtin University.
