Homestay message
HELLO, how are you?
We are a very cool French couple (JOACHIM & CELINE), we are living in a house near Murdoch Uni (10 min walking from the uni and 2 min walking from the shops and transports)
We have a very cute and energetic dog, her name is Roxy. So our new housemate needs to love pets lol...
We would like to share our house with a serious, tidy, open minded and quiet person ( Student, Asian are welcome)
The room is empty (matress furnished size: double from IKEA)
We need to share our bathroom :-)
We have internet, it s 120$ a month so if you keen we can split between us (3)
The bills (ELECTRICITY, GAZ, WATER) will be split between us too.
Every months, we clean the carpet (120$)
The house is fullyfurnished so you can use everything but we have some rules here: the housemates will be held responsable for his mess...
We have a garden so we need to take care of it regularly :-)
If you have a car, we have a carpark available in front the house.
If you have some furnitures for the house, you can bring them over.
We can borrow you a bike to go to Murdoch uni.
The rent will be:
160$ a week= room (640$/month)
180$ a week = room + internet (720$/month)
250$ a week = room+ internet + breakfast (1000$/month)
we need to share the bills + carpet cleaner
If you need a bed frame, we can buy one for you 80$ and a wardrobe 120$ + ew sheets 100$ ( if the furnitures are in good condition, in the end, we will give you back the money!) :-)
