We live in a villa about 2km from Edith Cowan Univerity Mount Lawley. Public transport to the city is a 2 minute walk away.
Your room comes with internet access, bed, study desk, wardrobe, chest of draws and television.
Rental includes food, electricity and usage of washing and drying machines.
You are more than welcome to use the kitchen at all times.
Weekdays and Weekends - two meals per day (a continental breakfast and dinner in the evening).
The homestay is open for students who are friendly, clean and tidy and who are non-smokers please.
