I HAVE A ROOM AVAILABLE AT THE ABOVE MENIONED ADDRESS. OUR HOUSE IS CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTRES, TRAIN STAION, ONLY 5 MINUTES DRIVE TO THE BEACH. PREFERABLY A GIRL STUDNENT.
THE RENT IS $150 A WEEK INCLUDING FOOD.
