Hello... lovely quiet modern 3 bedroom home with landscaped gardens share with friendly aussie female 42 years old and one student.
Conveniently located close to lrg indoor shopping centre, cinema, beach, lake, bushland and 5 kms from Edith Cowan Uni. Use of family room with TV and mountain bike, share bathroom.
Furnished room including single bed, desk, computer and printer, built in robe and shelving. Price includes breakfast and home-cooked meal 5 nights per week and all utilitiles, cleaning and gardener.
This is a quiet home, not a party house, perfect for students studying.
If youre looking for an alternative to living in the city and would like to be closer to nature this would be ideal for you. A beautiful natural wetland, parks and pristine beach are minutes away by easy bike ride as we are situated on a coastal plain so no big hills to ride up.
