Nice quiet house, air-con as well.
I live with a few cats and a small malteze dog in a 3x2 new house in the northern suburb in Darch, Perth, approx 15km from the CBD.
The public transport is very close to the house, the bus terminal is just around the corner from house, which takes you into the city approx 40mins.
I am a hairdresser and work part time during the day and home most evenings.
!0 mins drive to get to Hillarys Boat Harbour.
15 mins walk to Kingsway City shopping centre. 2 min walk to Kingsway park and sports.
