Homestay message
I am a Asian. I offered 1 room to student for homestay in a fully furnished house surrounded by scenic parks. lakes nearby, near Gateway shopping centre, facilities and bus stop. It is near to the Kwinana Freeway and close to the train station. Approx 30 minutes to Murdoch University by public transport.
I would also consider UWA and Curtin student if he or she do not mind abit of travelling. Is also easy access by public transport (bus and train) to the universities. 15 minutes by train to Perth City.
House has well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and wall oven, lounge room with big wide screen plasma TV, bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate toilet, dining room, laundry with washing machine - dryer (outdoor clothesline as well) and outdoor entertaining area. Room has a built-in cupboard, double bed, study desk with gas-lift chair and desk lamp.
All utilities and internet (wireless or cable attach) are included in the rent.
Rental prices are:
$240 per week – Homestay. 7 x breakfast, 7 x dinner. Dinner would be combination of Western and Asian foods like BBQ, steam-boat etc.
(Room size approx 3.5mts x 3.0mts).
We are the owners of the house and are friendly people. We offer you a friendly environment where you can live, relax and study in comfort and security.
The homestay is open to student who is friendly, clean, responsible and tidy and who are non-smoker.
