Professional lady with police clearance looking for a FEMALE student who would like to live in a 4 bedroom - 2 bathroom modern home (see attached photos). I have 3 cats and 10 minutes walking to shopping mall. Bus to Fremantle at the end of the street and train to Perth/Mandurah 5 minutes away. Access to a study (den) and computer and 800 metres walking distance to the Rockingham Beach and foreshore cafes and restaurants. Outdoor gazebo and pergola with sunny aspects. Quiet leafy neighbourhood. Room fully furnished with double bed chest of draws and built in wardrobes. All linen will be provided and you will have your own bathroom. Room are fully carpeted with large windows looking into the backyard with plenty of light. Room has ducted air conditioning and television. Available now.
