Homestay message
Hi my name is Karen I am 40 and married with 2 children. Brooke Aged 4 and Ethan 6.
We live in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 2 lounge areas, dinning room, and study. Other features include a pool, a large BBQ and entertainment area at the back of the house and also an enclosed front yard that is very comfortable.
Other features in our house are airconditioning and wireless internet.
If you can play any instruments we also have a guitar and piano.
We have 3 chickens, 1 dog and 1 cat.
We are 10 - 15 minutes walk from the very popular Hillarys Marina and are also very close to other large shopping malls eg. Westfield Karrinyup and Westfield Whitfords. 10 minutes drive to Joondalup and 15 minutes drive to Perth.
At Hillarys Marina the attractions include AQUA, Water slide and fun park, restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the Ferry to Rottnest.
There is a bus at the end of the road that travels to the Warwick or Whitfords train station which runs to Joondalup or The City. Greenwood station is also a short drive (less than 5 mins) but I'm not sure if any buses connect to it during the week.
We love having BBQ's with friends, camping and motobike riding.
WE ARE ONLY WANTING FREMALES TO APPLY. Please call me or email if you are interested in staying with us the fee is $200 per week (1 week in advance) which includes your room with queen size bed, meals and bills (except mobile phone calls).
