Hi, I'm Kris Ryan and we're the Ryan Family who moved to beautiful Perth from London 3 years ago. Paul and I have 2 lively daughters, Kiera and Keeley, aged 5 and 3, and we all love it here. We also have 2 very well-behaved cats to complete the family.
Having recently built our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Ridgewood, north of perth, we have loads of extra space and would love the cultural experience of hosting a student.
Our house is 12 minutes car drive from Joondalup and only a 5 minute bus ride from Clarkson Train Station, a 40 minute train ride from Perth city. There is a lovely park just down the road and the beach is a 5 minute drive away.
We would prefer to host a female student who won't be afraid of our rather rowdy daughters. We're fairly laid back and are happy to host a student who wants to be part of the family, but we won't intrude on your privacy if you prefer to spend time on your own.
We have 2 rooms on offer, one with a single bed and built in cupboard, and one double bed with clothes hanging unit. Both rooms have bedside table with alarm clock, lamp, desk and chair, noticeboard, own tv/dvd, mirror and window looking out into garden. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Toilet is close by with shared use of children's bathroom, with bath and shower. The house is fully airconditioned/heated with wireless broadband internet.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board available for use if required.
Breakfast will be provided, including cereal and/or toast and fruit for breakfast, with tea/coffee/fruit juice.
